英格兰德公司成立1899，归属于英国皇家健康生命科学院，大英帝国任命当时最有权威的生物学家康廉 鲍威尔为内阁大臣，负责产品的研制和生产，生产的保健品全部归英室皇家和直属大臣们享用。其优良的品质和苛刻的生产要求，被当做国宝一直被英国上层人物所青睐，直到2001年，才被允许扩大生产并上市销售。
The company is established in 1899 and attached to Royal Health & Life Academy. the British Empire appointed Colin Powell----the most authoritative biologist of the time----to be the official of the cabinet in charge of the R&D and production of the products, which is in tum consumed by royalties and closest officials. The fine quality and rigid requirements for production are highly treasured by upper-classes of the British society. It was not until 2001 that the products were eventually permitted to be mass—produced and sold on the market.
